This Weekend (Aug. 27 – 29)

We have a big weekend and upcoming week lined up.
Friday Night you can catch us at Bluesville. Hang out in one of the coolest bars around. Check out the videos from a few weeks ago.
Saturday Night we’re back in our favorite AR hotspot Cajun’s Wharf. Hope to see lots of friends and family at that show. And Sunday night we’re at Toby Keith’s new place inside Harrah’s casino. Looking forward to the new venue. Lots of acoustic stuff going on there.

Addendum: What an amazing weekend! Met so many great new people all over the place. Finally found out who those 2 girls were that coming to all the shows and bringing so many people with them. BIG THANKS to Jennifer and Mandee! Hope to keep seeing them. That’s what we need… more people bringing people… videos up soon!

TOGNIGHT TONIGHT TONIGHT WOOOOAHHHHHHHOOOOOO!!! (Phil Collins, right?)
Tonight we are at Bluesville (Tunica) for our first show there. That place seats 1500 so we are REALLY gonna need your support.
Tomorrow night we’re at Hadley’s Pub for our first full band show there. We did an acoustic thing not too long ago. But this will be a nice reintroduction to our fans in the Sycamore View, Whitten Road area. (You know… the people with motorcycles).
See you guys there.

OMGGG (oh my good golly geez)

Had an awesome time this weekend. We were so busy leading up to the shows that I didn’t even have time to post about it here. So here’s a little recap. We played Friday night at The Crossing Bar and Grill (which is always fun) especially with it being G.N.O. (Girl’s Night Out w/TLD). Tons of gorgeous women dancing and lots of men watching wishing that they knew how to dance.
Saturday night we were back at The Boiling Point. Which turned into buy the singer a shot of Jager night, thank goodness I keep my Jagermeister cheat sheet lyric book handy for just such occasions. Oh and Mr. Danny Edwards was with us for both shows on bass. He is our “fill-in” when J isn’t available. And he’s really, really good. And for some reason the ladies LOOOVVVVEEEE them some Danny. I think it’s the CHiPs glasses myself. Also Danny’s sister Katie got up and sang Faithfully. She was great! And if you don’t know… these 2 are from the band Rocky 4 Phoenix.

July 9 private event cancelled

Hey guys. We will not be playing in Marion for the private event on the 9th. I know I heard from a bunch of you at Southland who said you would be there and I apologize for the inconvenience. We never heard back from the event organizer… no signed contract… no band. You know?

Well… it’s here! I’ve been looking forward to this one a while.
Thursday night (TONIGHT!) : Peabody Rooftop, hopefully featuring lots of folks from the graduating class of 1990!
Friday Night : The Juke Joint in West Memphis. Show starts at 7:30
Saturday Day: West Memphis Class of 1990 family picnic
Saturday Night : The Juke Joint in West Memphis. Show starts at 7:30
Sunday Night : Huey’s Southaven. No children allowed at this one, but it’s a party the adults don’t want to miss!

Party Time with TLD

Yo yo yo…whats goin’ on all you TLD fans. We’ve got a 4 night super-stinger this week. We’ll start it off right tonight at the Peabody Rooftop Party from 6-10, sponsored by Southland. You’re not gonna want to miss this one(best one of the season ).

Then Friday and Saturday we’re at The Juke Joint @ Southland from 7:30-11:30. And if that’s not enough, you can treat your father to a good burger and some great music by TLD; Sunday night at Huey’s in Southaven from 8-12.

Go ahead, and call your friends, family, the babysitter….whoever it is you need to call to come and claim your seats at these venues to see your favorite group of guys Rock the stage. We’ll be looking for you…watching the front door until you walk in. Because it can’t be a TLD party without all you TLD fans!!!

Outdoors and Out of Town

Hello to all you TLD fans. We’ve got an interesting weekend ahead of us. Tonight we’re performing outside at the Avenue Carriage Crossing in Collierville (Gotta love the outdoor gigs in the summer). Tomorrow night we’re performing in the big city of Little Rock, Arkansas @ the one and only, Cajun’s Wharf (inside with A/C).

We hope to see all you guys and gals at the show. Be sure to keep your eyes on the TLD calendar…we’ve got a busy, exciting summer that you won’t want to miss…
