And to the young lady who was escorted out by security… I realize you were having a good time. I loved to watch your interpretive dance to each and every song we played. You were the highlight of our evening. I hated to to see you leave, I really did. I know you didn’t “mean” to spin around and knock the mic stand into my lips as I sang your favorite song. And it’s ok that you didn’t even notice at the time you did it. It’s all good, busted lip and all. That’s what rock n roll is all about right? Blood and guitars… I hate the thought of you thinking “we” got you kicked out of the club. The fact that they cut you off from the bar and your boyfriend bought you another beer couldn’t possibly have had anything to do with it. Next show I’ll try to do better about helping you hide your inebriated state as the blood runs into my beard, or maybe you should just SIT DOWN OCCASIONALLY and not draw so much attention to yourself! I’m just sayin’

We’ll be headed over to The Juke Joint for both nights. We also have a special guest bassist this weekend. Ted from Tom, Dick and Harry and Texas T. We’re looking forward to having him on stage with us. Great player and he has a great voice too.

This Friday will be our first appearance at The Fillin’ Station. Pretty cool place… I went to see Rocky 4 Phoenix there last weekend. Saturday night we’re at a private event at The Memphis Zoo and Sunday we;re back at Huey’s Southaven. Hope to see you guys out there sometime…
